Supervisor to Officer | Susta Branch & 11 other branches
- • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk
- • Able to lead the branch towards achieving goals/targets
- • Able to lead, mentor and groom team members to create better output
- • Have good knowledge of product and competitive market with sound working relationships with clients
- • A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics
- • Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level
- • Age not exceeding 30 years for Supervisor Level
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Exceptional Analytical and Leadership skills
- • Ability to work well within a team and individually

Junior Assistant to Senior Assistant | Central Office
• Prior experience in related department of Bank and Financial Institutions shall be an added advantage
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize legal documents for operations, Credit/Lending Activities, Finance, Human Resources, Administration and other matters or practice areas
• A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in LLB/BA. LLB. with Advocate License for Legal Department
• Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level
